Installation procedure for MechworksPDM Addin in AutoCAD
Following procedure will be suitable for AutoCAD 2018-2023
Prerequisites
•Mechworks Standalone Client is required
•Make sure no AutoCAD instance is running on the pc and to execute the DBAutoCAD.exe file you can find in
<installation_folder>\integration_autocad\DBAutocad\
Install through the DBAutoCAD.exe

After setting the preferences, the button Install DBAutoCAD will create a registry file named %tmp%\clickMe.reg that will be automatically executed to finalize the installation.

Remarks
•The executable checks about AutoCAD installation before showing the dialog; if not detected on the pc, it stops the process:
•The executable checks about coherence in user choices; if product version, type or language do not match with detected installed AutoCAD, it doesn't continue with installation and goes back to dialog for changing selections.
