Installation
DBWARM is a functionality that's part of the PDM core so it's always available from the Environment options
The DBWARM tool to assign/configure rights on users, groups and classes is part of the AdminTools so it's available from the tool list: 
It is required the AdminTools have been installed as separate module at PDM installation time
The first time you run the tool (when no login is set yet) you can access through the special credential 'admin' with no password.
