If referenced application is not running and 'createDBAlone'=True, it creates a new instance of DBAlone Server (with login specification) and keeps its reference.
	StartConnection3	Create an instance of MwPDM Application working with referenced application (SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Inventor, DBWorks Standalone). If referenced application is not running, it creates a new instance of DBAlone Server (with login specification) according to the DBAloneMode enum.
