The “Search Everywhere” and Quick Search features no longer query DOCUMENT.* when no explicit list of searchable fields is defined in the general options.
Instead of performing a full scan across all document fields, the system now uses a restricted default set of fields, optimized for the most common use cases, passing from 5.8” to 1.3”.
