Support for Hidden/Suppressed components in Excel BOM

It's up to you to consider or not the hidden/suppressed components in ExcelBOM.

By specifying the keyword EXCLUDE_HIDDEN_COMPONENTS under the OPTIONS section of the specific BOM parameter file (PAR\DBWBOM_<BomName>.TXT) you can exclude the hidden/suppressed components from the count.
