Flexible Sub-Assemblies support

Flexible Assemblies are saved with a configuration equal to the Environment, Default Configuration String to avoid the insertion of distinct records for configurations used in Flexible Sub-Assemblies.
Note: since the Flexible Solving Property is a sub-assembly component feature, when saving the same sub-assemblies as a top-level assembly, the configurations would be inserted in the database as distinct records; to prevent this, it is recommended to properly set the Environment, Configurations options in order to skip the configurations used for the flexible components positions.
