The current document
In the documents sheet MechworksPDM allows hierarchical browsing of the database according to parent-child relations, so there are certain grids that are dynamically filled with records related to the selected document. This document is the current document.
You can distinguish the current document as it is the only non-white record in the sheet and because all the row headers of the affected sub-windows will specify that their content is related to it.
To activate a new current document, click another one in any grid. If you click a document in the composed of or used by windows, the same document is selected in its window.
In the Tree Page the current document influences the windows on the right and some of the buttons.
