Information optionally stored into the database

Some information which is kept into SolidWorks documents for feasibility or geometrical reason is handled only optionally by DBWorks.

The optional information is:

•Part-part "in assembly context" relationships

•Derived parts relationships

•Cutlists

The information can be saved setting the option Track derived parts in the Options → Environment → Derived parts or Options → Environment → Cut List.

Such information, if enabled and stored into the database, will not mislead the creation of a BOM.

•Welding parts

DBWorks does not manage the Hide/Show state, but only the Suppressed/Unsuppressed state.
